What we're looking for

Proficiency in using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle with sound judgment for validation is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary to surface concerns with concrete proposals and provide clear context during debugging.
You must demonstrate a commitment to engineering quality, including maintainable code, testing, CI/CD, and observability in financial environments.
