  • Translate technical capabilities of AI tools into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable frameworks to ensure consistent governance and remediation execution.
  • Define and track KPIs for AI and automation initiatives, reporting insights regularly.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years experience in program management or related field
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and technology adoption
  • Experience leading change management initiatives in complex environments
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling remediation metrics
  • Deep understanding of AI tools and automation platforms
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, AML/BSA, CFPB supervision preferred
