What you'll do

  • Provide hardware support for strategic customers adopting server processor SoCs.
  • Act as a technical interface during customer design and validation phases.
  • Perform detailed reviews of customer schematics and thermal designs.
  • Support SoC interface validation across high-speed interfaces like DDR and PCIe.
  • Identify gaps in customer and internal design expectations and propose solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical documentation for customer enablement.
  • Familiarize with reference platforms to support customer system development.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field and 4+ years of hardware experience.
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of server platform design and customer support experience.
  • Deep understanding of high-speed board design principles including DDR5, PCIe Gen6/Gen7, CXL, SerDes, Ethernet.
  • Experience with system bring-up and debug tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, BERTs.
  • Familiarity with server platform compliance standards like OCP, JEDEC, PCI-SIG.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for managing customer engagements.
