CapEx Manufacturing Optimization Product Manager

What you'll do

• Define business requirements and prediction objectives to guide machine learning model development.
• Translate complex domain estimation logic into clear data inputs, target outputs, and accuracy expectations.
• Identify and map upstream data sources to serve as trigger signals for Capex prediction.
• Document pipeline requirements needed to feed the predictive framework.
• Build and maintain a requirements framework for extending predictive capabilities as real-time design tools.
• Transform manual estimation practices into a predictive intelligence capability for capital impact insights.
• Communicate model outputs, capabilities, and limitations to both technical teams and non-technical executives.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, data, or technically oriented role.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role with increasing scope and ownership.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills to work with complex, multi-source datasets.
• Foundational understanding of predictive model inputs, training processes, and output validation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured requirements for technical teams.
• Experience working at the interface between business and engineering teams as a translator.
• Familiarity with data pipeline concepts, feature engineering, and model validation practices.
