CapEx Manufacturing Optimization Product Manager

What you'll do

• Translate manufacturing domain logic into clear data inputs and prediction objectives for ML model development.
• Identify and map upstream data sources to serve as trigger signals for Capex prediction frameworks.
• Act as the primary bridge between Capex domain experts and the technical ML engineering team.
• Build and maintain a requirements framework to turn predictive capabilities into real-time design guidance tools.
• Transform manual estimation practices into automated, model-driven intelligence to improve capital impact insights.
• Communicate model outputs, capabilities, and limitations to both technical teams and non-technical executives.
• Define the architectural roadmap for data optimization within the Capex Equipment Engineering organization.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical, data, or technically oriented role.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills to work with complex, multi-source datasets and extract meaningful signals.
• Foundational understanding of how predictive models are trained, what they require as inputs, and how outputs should be interpreted.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, precise requirements for technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role with increasing scope and ownership (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or capital equipment environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with data pipeline concepts, feature engineering, and model validation practices (preferred).
