The Business Technical Success – Carrier Field Engineering Manager leads a team of Field Engineers within the Carrier organization to drive the adoption of Apple technologies for major US carrier partners and their enterprise clients. This manager builds and evolves the team to remove technical barriers, improve customer readiness, and accelerate business transformation through platform integration. Daily responsibilities include partnering with internal and external leaders to execute business strategies, identifying wireless industry trends, and mentoring team members. The role requires expertise in complex IT enterprise environments, mobile architectures, carrier network infrastructure including 5G, Private Networks, and Network Slicing, as well as Mobile Device Management and advanced security solutions. The position solves technical friction points and integrates hardware, software, and services into large-scale enterprise ecosystems.

What you'll do

Lead and evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team to align with platform and solution growth strategies.
Partner with internal and external leaders to develop and execute business strategies and technical goals.
Drive complex business initiatives that secure critical outcomes and accelerate growth for carrier partners.
Identify emerging wireless industry trends and integrate them into organizational growth initiatives.
Improve the customer journey and core operations to increase business efficiency and scale.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.
Mentor team members to foster curiosity and deepen their expertise across the Apple ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Approximately 7 plus years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
Profound understanding and experience with complex IT enterprise environments, including deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures.
Extensive background in mobile technology and solutions, including carrier network infrastructure, MDM, and advanced security solutions.
Strategic foresight to anticipate emerging industry trends and proactively identify growth opportunities with carrier partners (preferred).
Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences (preferred).
Experience with AI integration within mobile ecosystems (preferred).
