What you'll do

Lead and evolve the Carrier Field Engineering team to align with platform growth strategies.
Partner with internal departments and carrier partners to execute business strategies and technical goals.
Drive high-impact initiatives to remove technical barriers and accelerate partner business transformation.
Identify and integrate emerging wireless industry trends into organizational growth plans.
Improve customer journeys and core operations to increase efficiency and scale the business.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Mentor team members to deepen their expertise across the Apple ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Approximately 7 plus years of experience leading technical, solutions-oriented teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Strong business acumen including understanding of financial drivers and strategic planning for sustainable growth.
Profound understanding of complex IT enterprise environments, deployment strategies, security frameworks, and mobile architectures.
Extensive background in mobile technology, carrier network infrastructure (5G, Private Networks), MDM, and advanced security solutions.
Strategic foresight to anticipate emerging industry trends and identify growth opportunities with carrier partners (preferred).
Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences (preferred).
Experience with AI integration in mobile ecosystems or consulting on business transformation for large enterprises (preferred).
