Business Systems Infrastructure Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage the administration and optimization of core business tools including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and internal systems.
• Build, host, and automate internally developed tools using scripting and API integrations.
• Translate complex engineering and product workflows into structured digital processes and automated rules.
• Manage user provisioning, role-based permissions, and security protocols for both standard and secured programs.
• Audit systems regularly to ensure data hygiene, accurate permissions, and updated project statuses.
• Create documentation, training materials, and onboarding guides to enable team members to use tools effectively.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align on shared tooling patterns and corporate security standards.

What we're looking for

• Must have 2-4+ years of experience in technical operations, IT/systems administration, or program coordination.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Must be able to work fully on-site at the Costa Mesa, CA facility.
• Must be proficient in using both project management tools and Linux terminals for scripting and API integration.
• Must have experience in SaaS and identity administration, including Okta and OpSec group management.
• Must be a power user of collaboration software such as Jira and Confluence to build dashboards and organize spaces.
• Must possess strong logical thinking to design processes, manage permissions, and maintain data hygiene.
• Must be an effective communicator capable of translating complex workflows into structured systems and training others.
