Business Development Leader-Consulting Services

What you'll do

• Own and drive sales execution for Risk & Compliance opportunities from origination to closure.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Lead solutioning efforts in collaboration with Consulting Partners, Architects, and Global Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Practice leadership to align sales strategies with IBM's priority offerings and investments.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in complex sales roles with a focus on Risk & Compliance.
• Proven track record of meeting multimillion-dollar sales targets in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and risk domains including financial crime and data privacy.
• Ability to sell large, multi-tower consulting engagements involving strategy and technology.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills for C-suite clients.
• Experience selling AI, automation, and analytics solutions into regulated industries.
• Prior experience in a global professional services or technology consulting firm.
