Business and Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Transform complex structured and unstructured data sets into useful information to solve client challenges.
• Identify specific pieces of information within data-rich environments to answer client questions.
• Advise clients on the meaning of data and how to use it to impact their mission.
• Drive large-scale business and process decisions through actionable data insights.
• Simplify technical requirements and trends for various audiences using strong communication skills.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Create data visualizations using various formats such as graphs, dashboards, and PowerPoints.
• Perform data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of all data.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or SQL for data cleaning and manipulation (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment (preferred).
