What you'll do
- Design, develop, and tune dashboards and reports to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with ETL developers to determine report design strategies and identify source data systems.
- Perform security setup, tool administration, and data modeling for reporting platforms.
- Create and implement application documentation and training materials for users.
- Review, test, and evaluate reports, queries, and analytical tools before they move to production.
- Provide post-implementation support by answering user questions and fine-tuning processes.
- Collect requirements and specifications to assist team leads with prioritization and resource allocation.
- Coordinate user activities during application development while maintaining data and system integrity.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and using Excel for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional presentation and analytical skills.
- SQL Reporting Proficiency/Certification (preferred).
- EPIC Cogito, Clarity, or Access certifications and Power BI or Tableau experience (preferred).
