What you'll do

Develop and maintain customer-facing web services with a focus on authentication and authorization.
Build and scale high-availability backend systems using Java, Multithreading, and non-blocking IO.
Implement and optimize data storage and caching solutions using technologies like Cassandra and Redis.
Write and maintain REST-based services using the Netty framework or similar tools.
Perform Java performance tuning and API definition to ensure system reliability and speed.
Apply cryptography standards and protocols such as AES and X.509 to secure user data.
Integrate and operate CI/CD tools and automated testing suites for continuous deployment.
Solve complex technical problems to deliver new features for the Find My product.

What we're looking for

5+ years of validated programming experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong Java expertise including Core Java, Multithreading, and non-blocking IO.
Experience building customer-facing Web services focusing on authentication, authorization, scaling, availability, spam control, and reliability.
Strong knowledge of data storage and caching technologies like Cassandra, Redis, and memcached.
Proficiency in Java Performance Tuning, scaling Web Services, and API definition.
Working knowledge of cryptography standards and protocols such as PKCS, KMIP, X.509, AES, KDF, and CA.
Experience with REST based services using Netty, CI/CD tools, and full automation testing.
