What you'll do

Implement and automate infrastructure solutions that support IBM Cloud products and infrastructure.
Build and set up test automation and pipeline frameworks in OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.
Administer automated CI/CD systems and tools for development and test teams.
Maintain the compliance and security integrity of the technical environment.
Develop alerting and monitoring systems for mission-critical services.
Research and learn new cloud-related technology products and services.
Design and implement quick cloud-based prototypes to advance internal capabilities.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Proficiency in one or more operating systems including Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS Linux, or Windows Servers.
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Citrix Hypervisor, VMware vSphere, or Ubuntu KVM.
Proficiency in programming tools including Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Go.
Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Active Directory, Ansible, and Chef.
Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
