What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in talent acquisition, learning & development, and talent management.
  • Proven success building and executing integrated talent strategies in complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to align talent strategies to organizational priorities.
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent; managing budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
