What you'll do

Provide omni-channel technical support and leadership for complex products and solutions.
Analyze logs, traces, and dumps to debug software issues before escalating to Engineering.
Act as a subject matter expert for specific technologies including Automic, various OS, and databases.
Coach and mentor team members while providing technical leadership in Knowledge-Centered Service methodologies.
Create lab environments to replicate customer issues and improve case documentation quality.
Architect and implement AI-powered tools and bots to advance self-service and automated workflows.
Influence Product Management on enhancements to improve product supportability and customer experience.
Develop and deliver training on industry trends and product lifecycle changes.

What we're looking for

12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years with a Master's degree, or 7+ years with a PhD.
Bachelor's Degree in CS, CIS, or MIS required.
Specialized technical expertise as a subject matter expert for multiple products and solutions.
Knowledge of Automic Automation, Automic Applications Manager, and Automic Dollar Universe.
Knowledge of various operating systems, web servers, application servers, directory servers, and databases.
Proficiency in software development (Java, C/C++, Perl, SAML, SOAP, JSON, REST, XML, HTML) and scripting (PowerShell, bash, SQL).
Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL) and container/virtual tools (VMWare, GCP, Azure, AWS, Docker, OpenShift).
Technical certifications in Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Networking, or Cloud (preferred).
