What you'll do

Integrate electromechanical and mechatronic systems with investment casting equipment like wax injectors and furnaces.
Design and develop manufacturing data systems to analyze KPI trends and create scalable production systems.
Implement data collection and storage solutions using Python and SQL to interface with production databases.
Create and optimize HMI, SCADA, and MES interfaces for real-time process optimization and equipment health monitoring.
Architect, write, and debug structured PLC code for various manufacturing applications.
Lay out industrial electrical control panels and create electrical, pneumatic, and fluid schematics.
Implement compliant safety systems to safeguard robots, gantries, and other manufacturing equipment.
Select and size electrical components such as servo motors and controllers for industrial applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in an engineering, physics, or computer science discipline.
1+ years of experience in the design and commissioning of automation and control systems for industrial applications.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support critical milestones.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for required Department of State authorizations.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Proficiency in industrial systems, including configuring control networks like Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, and BACnet (preferred).
Experience with multiple PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Beckhoff (preferred).
Proficiency in Python and SQL for analyzing sensor data and predictive modeling (preferred).
