Automation Data Analytics Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop data analytics and science solutions using SQL, Python, Azure AI, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support operational decision-making and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional design specifications for manufacturing automation and data systems.
• Manage the lifecycle of site automation systems including MES, process automation, and data historians.
• Provide technical expertise to manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve capacity and cost.
• Execute QMS deliverables such as SOPs, training materials, Change Controls, and CAPAs.
• Support manufacturing system incidents, quality event investigations, and process monitoring initiatives.
• Ensure all digital solutions and automated systems comply with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing support, engineering, or related experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and multi-national biopharmaceutical regulations is required.
• Experience in Cell Therapy or Biologics is required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python (or R), and associated data science packages is required.
• Experience with HP ALM, Electronic Document Management Systems, and Change Management Systems is required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications and proficiency with reporting/visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI are required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP, PCS, MES, EBR, RBE, or specific lab techniques is preferred.
