What you'll do

Design, develop, and manage automation projects from ideation to hand-off.
Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for manufacturing equipment safety.
Create schedules and budgets for automation projects and motivate team adherence.
Electrical sizing of motors, cables, circuit protection, VFDs, motor starters, motion systems.
Program PLCs using Beckhoff TwinCAT structured text programming for machine control.

What we're looking for

1+ years of experience in industrial or factory automation design and implementation.
Experience with electromechanical systems, including motor sizing and safety PLC programming.
Proficiency in PLC programming, preferably Beckhoff TwinCAT structured text.
Knowledge of field bus networks, serial communication, and Ethernet communication.
Ability to implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant systems for manufacturing equipment.
