What you'll do

  • Act as primary liaison between automation, supply chain, production, and development operations.
  • Ideate and implement new manufacturing processes to increase shop throughput and efficiency.
  • Manage the build, configuration, and installation of modular automation assets from raw materials to completion.
  • Work with engineering teams to drive design updates in response to manufacturing issues and system changes.
  • Develop training requirements for technicians to elevate overall team capability and productivity.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, and production of mechanical or electrical hardware systems.
  • Experience implementing design for manufacture for electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to transition products from design to manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as NX, Catia, Solidworks.
  • Competency with DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies and SPC knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience designing tooling in a manufacturing environment.
