What you'll do

Act as primary liaison between automation, supply chain, production, and development operations.
Ideate and implement new manufacturing processes to increase shop throughput and efficiency.
Manage the build, configuration, and installation of modular automation assets from raw materials to completion.
Work with engineering teams to drive design updates in response to manufacturing issues and system changes.
Develop training requirements for technicians to elevate overall team capability and productivity.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, and production of mechanical or electrical hardware systems.
Experience implementing design for manufacture for electromechanical systems.
Ability to transition products from design to manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with 3D CAD software such as NX, Catia, Solidworks.
Competency with DFMEA and PFMEA methodologies and SPC knowledge.
Demonstrated experience designing tooling in a manufacturing environment.
