What you'll do

Develop and scale Starlink Network Operations processes and tools for global internet access.
Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and provide recommendations to development teams.
Work with engineering teams to drive design for operations, addressing potential scaling issues early.
Define and develop projects, maintaining roadmaps and managing scope to deliver on program directives.
Own the complete lifecycle of projects, including development, testing, deployment, and support.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 2+ years of professional experience in software development/data analysis
Experience developing and scaling operational processes and tools for large-scale networks
Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with open-source technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Spark SQL, PowerBI, Jupyter, Datahub, AirFlow
Experience optimizing and automating operational processes and workflows
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
