What you'll do

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in technology process engineering, governance, or enterprise delivery roles.
Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture governance, security risk processes, and production readiness.
Proven ability to operate in complex, highly regulated environments.
Experience with automation tools, scripting languages, or workflow platforms like Python, PowerShell, SQL, RPA tools, or low-code automation platforms.
Knowledge of AI or machine learning concepts applied in business process automation.
Ability to design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions for operational improvement.
Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including architecture, security, risk, and delivery teams.
