What you'll do

Develop AI agents to support security programs including certifications, risk, and compliance.
Design and maintain infrastructure for agent workflows, ensuring efficient data retrieval and context delivery.
Translate business needs into data-driven solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance decision-making speed.
Implement MCP pattern integrations enabling structured interaction between security agents and various systems.
Manage ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from multiple sources into a data lakehouse.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards across all agent-related processes.
Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for efficiency, accuracy, speed, and scalability in real-time workloads.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in Automation Engineering and Data Engineering
Proficiency with Python, Go, C++, or relevant programming languages
Experience building production workflows with AI, agents, and MCPs
Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Airflow, Databricks, or similar platforms
Strong ownership and self-sufficiency in agile environments
Ability to deliver high-impact projects with minimal direction
Direct experience building AI agent pipelines in security contexts
