  • Ensure the availability, performance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of mission-critical claims processing systems.
  • Create and execute a unified technology roadmap across Commercial, Government, and Strategic portfolios.

  • Direct the API-first strategy, governance, and real-time integration across internal and external platforms.
  • Embed AI, DevSecOps, and test automation to transition the organization toward predictive operations.
  • Manage a $60M+ technology portfolio, including investment prioritization, cost base, and business case development.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of 500+ engineers and senior technology leaders.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, software engineering, application delivery, or platform leadership.
  • Experience leading large, complex organizations and managing enterprise portfolios over $50M+.
  • Demonstrated success leading deep technology and business transformation in large, matrixed, and highly regulated environments.
  • Experience owning mission-critical platforms with demanding requirements for availability, performance, resilience, security, and operational support.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations involving AI, cloud technologies, microservices, API strategy, and system interoperability.
  • Strong financial and portfolio management experience, including investment prioritization, workforce planning, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to align senior business and technology leaders around shared outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, health care claims processing, or related health care transaction ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience with prescription claims adjudication platforms and National Council for Prescription Drug Programs standards (preferred).
  • Experience operating in environments governed by HIPAA and other health care privacy and security regulations (preferred).
