What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in engineering, molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, or related STEM field with 3–5+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong experience developing and implementing automated workflows for single-cell, spatial, and multi-omics assays.
  • Experience integrating instrumentation, process controls, and quality control metrics into automated laboratory workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot automated systems, monitor instrument performance, and manage error recovery.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong documentation abilities, including preparation of SOPs and technical summaries.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
