- Strong knowledge in molecular biology, computational genomics, RNA biology, and machine learning for predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Unix environments, and high-performance computing including software development practices.
- Ability to integrate, analyze, and visualize multi-omics data from various sources and troubleshoot complex issues.
