Associate Full-Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Own feature development end-to-end across front-end interfaces, backend services, and data layer enhancements.
• Design and maintain scalable applications and APIs to facilitate interaction with the firm’s data platform.
• Develop and enhance data pipelines that generate and consume data from diverse systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user-facing tools through stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, and reliability of applications in production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues in live systems and provide real-time support for critical problems.
• Modernize platform capabilities by adopting new technologies across front-end, backend, and data ecosystems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure clarity for other team members.

What we're looking for

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3+ years of post-university experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and paradigms.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building backend services or APIs.
• Experience with web development and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems or service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with cloud environments, data warehousing (Snowflake), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or the Financial Services industry (preferred).
