What you'll do

  • Maintain compliant electronic laboratory notebook and archival system through software lifecycle development.
  • Develop processes to monitor the health and compliance of the electronic lab notebook with data quality standards.
  • Design, implement, and lead a tiered support model for configurational elements within DSCS.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce governance policies and ensure audit readiness.
  • Create communication plans to inform stakeholders about new features and changes in existing functionality.

What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field with at least 3 years of industrial/pharmaceutical experience or equivalent
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and operating within regulated environments
  • Proficiency in software development lifecycles and operational frameworks
  • Ability to develop data visualizations using tools like Shiny, Streamlit, Spotfire, Dash, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver complex solutions under pressure
