  • Expertise in leading technical transfers and cross-functional teams for manufacturing operations.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex business issues.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, change management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing to ensure productivity improvements year over year.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to navigate complex international environments.
  • Background in large molecule unit operation design, startup, or operation preferred.
