What you'll do

  • Develops and executes reliability plans for maintenance and improvement work.
  • Manages spare parts inventory through risk-based assessments to ensure availability.

  • Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and participates in divisional Safety Audit activities.
  • Monitors KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and uptime to measure equipment performance.
  • Collaborates with production and automation teams for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Manages equipment location and status in SAP and related drawings.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or related technical field required.
  • Minimum 8 years of Maintenance or Engineering experience in regulated industries like pharma or biotech.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP for pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP systems for plant maintenance and spare parts procurement.
  • Proven reliability engineering experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including change control and equipment qualification.
