Associate Director, Edge Security & Traffic Management

What you'll do

• Lead the design and operation of enterprise traffic management platforms for secure connectivity.
• Oversee strategic and operational aspects of external and internal global traffic management solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and resiliency of services across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Drive modernization initiatives including standardization and optimization of traffic management tools.
• Establish consistent policies and architectural patterns to reduce operational friction and team churn.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation for engineering and operations teams.
• Develop and mentor senior technical leaders to build high-performing engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience in load balancing, infrastructure security, or related technical domains.
• Proven leadership and management experience with technical teams for at least 2 years.
• Hands-on experience operating and scaling enterprise traffic management platforms.
• Strong understanding of load balancing principles, architectures, and design patterns.
• Experience leading the development of engineers and operations staff into defined roles.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in highly regulated environments and support audit requirements.
• Expertise with F5 BIG-IP and Citrix NetScaler platforms.
