What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules, policies, and workflows across various tools.
  • Maintain the systems used to prevent and detect data compromise or loss.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define DLP strategy aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical system issues as they arise.
  • Perform regular system maintenance including applying patches and upgrades.
  • Execute on a comprehensive data protection strategy within a large, regulated enterprise environment.

What we're looking for

  • 4–5 years of experience as a DLP Engineer, Security Engineer, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with DLP technologies.
  • Strong background in DLP rules development and policy configuration.
  • Experience executing on a data protection strategy in a large or regulated enterprise.
  • Basic knowledge of DLP/UBA concepts.
  • MBA, CISSP, CISM, GCHI, CEH, CCNA, GIAC, or other Cybersecurity certification (preferred).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with non-technical individuals.
