Associate Business Technology Project Lead

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the delivery of business-driven technology initiatives across the project portfolio.
• Translate business priorities into actionable technical execution plans for development, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation while identifying risks and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including vendors, architecture, and operations to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Provide guidance to Project Managers to ensure consistent project management standards and governance.
• Prepare and communicate executive-level updates regarding project progress, risks, and business impacts.
• Support portfolio prioritization and capacity planning to align resources with high-priority initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, API and Vendor APIs, Jira, VMware Virtualization, and Scrum Methodology.
• 5+ years of knowledge in Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management or Technology Delivery, preferably within financial services.
• Experience managing business-driven technology projects in complex enterprise environments with risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in regulated environments with familiarity with technology governance, change management, and operational risk.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
