The Assoc Director - Analytics And Decision Intelligence leads multidisciplinary teams within the Analytics & Decision Intelligence team to transform enterprise data into meaningful insights. This role involves owning the strategy and delivery of analytical products, dashboards, and conversational experiences focused on infrastructure, cloud, reliability, and FinOps. You will partner with data and platform engineering teams to convert governed metrics and APIs into trustworthy user-facing experiences. Key responsibilities include driving the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to identify trends and risks. Required skills include experience with Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. You must possess expertise in applied data science, generative AI, and IT infrastructure management to solve complex problems regarding technology lifecycles, incident management, and operational health across multi-cloud environments.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across business intelligence, data science, AI, and product engineering.
Partner with engineering teams to transform governed data and APIs into trustworthy user-facing insights.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, software engineering, business intelligence, digital product development, technology leadership, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, software engineering, business intelligence, digital product development, technology leadership, or related fields (preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and developing talent within complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of modern analytics, business intelligence, visualization, and the design of effective data-driven user experiences.
Working knowledge of applied data science, including statistical analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, and pattern identification.
Understanding of modern AI and generative AI technologies to support analytics, knowledge discovery, and decision-making.
Experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud infrastructure, or technology operations, including reliability, FinOps, and incident management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).
