Asset & Wealth Management - C++ Software Engineer - Vice President - New York will join the AM Middle Office Technology team to support trade management operations. Your daily responsibilities include performing code reviews, conducting system design reviews, refining technical proposals, and communicating program statuses to leadership and business teams. You will utilize C++, Java Full stack, and AWS services to design and implement high throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems. The role requires expertise in event-driven architecture, messaging technologies, and data security principles. You will solve business efficiency problems by leveraging Cloud and AI technologies to build business-critical products within a rapidly changing environment.

What we're looking for

  • Experience with design and implementation of high throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of data security and technology risk principles.
  • Technocratic mindset to leverage advancements in distributed technologies and AI.
  • Hands-on experience with C++, Java, and AWS services (preferred).
  • Experience working with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies (preferred).
