  • Ability to translate executive priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes for leadership.
  • Experience creating or influencing standards that improve consistency and operational performance across multiple sites.
  • Strong collaboration skills with geographically distributed engineering and operations teams.
  • Stellar analytical, communication, and presentation skills for technical direction and strategy.
