What you'll do

  • Own the developer engagement program to guide developers from discovery to long-term adoption.
  • Lead platform documentation and getting-started flows to ensure smooth onboarding for new users.
  • Define and track key metrics like time-to-first-success and retention to measure developer satisfaction.
  • Use agentic coding tools regularly in creating prototypes, specs, and developer content.
  • Partner with other service teams to eliminate friction between different parts of the platform.
  • Communicate progress and decisions effectively to senior leadership and the broader developer community.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of combined experience in software product management and engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical product management role.
  • Experience shipping production code as a software engineer.
  • Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, TypeScript, Go, Java).
  • Background in developer experience or platform engineering with knowledge of key concepts.
  • Hands-on experience using agentic coding tools for work delivery.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to instrument metrics guiding roadmap decisions.
