Application Support Consultant

What you'll do

• Manage Request for Service tickets to provide timely incident response and troubleshooting.
• Perform application administration tasks including user access management and operational support.
• Monitor critical business applications and investigate system alerts to coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and service performance for assigned applications.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal incident resolution documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Desk teams, business users, and technical specialists to resolve issues.

What we're looking for

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support, application support, service desk, or a related role.
• Experience using ticketing or IT service management systems to manage incidents and service requests.
• Basic understanding of business applications, user administration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration in a global environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
• Previous experience in ITIL-based support processes, including Incident, Problem, or Knowledge Management (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / CRM, Rillion, or other enterprise business applications (preferred).
