Application Penetration Testing Senior Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a geographically dispersed team of application penetration testers.
• Evolve offensive security capabilities to address current cyber threats and technology trends.
• Make decisions on changes to information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Set guidelines for compliance and risk management in supported areas.
• Oversee resource allocations to align with strategic objectives.
• Represent the organization to regulators, industry groups, and governmental agencies.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent
• Over 3 years of management or leadership experience in information security
• More than 1 year of application security experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on penetration testing experience
• Experience leading a team of specialized individual contributors in application penetration tests
• Knowledge and understanding of information security practices, frameworks, standards, and best practices
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred
