What you'll do

Migrate legacy SQL-based Java applications to modern cloud-based architectures using MongoDB.
Develop and implement tailored solutions for customers to modernize their existing systems.
Integrate GenAI tools and innovative AI-based approaches into migration projects.
Perform application debugging and performance optimization tasks during project lifecycles.
Follow and contribute to established best practice playbooks for modern application development.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Communicate technical progress and solutions effectively to both team members and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

4–7 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java and core programming concepts.
Experience with relational databases, SQL, and basic stored procedures.
Experience with application debugging and performance tuning.
Exposure to enterprise application architectures such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
Experience working in Agile teams with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and Git.
Familiarity with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases (preferred).
Knowledge of GenAI tools, cloud-native concepts, or Python (preferred).
