As the Analytics QA Manager, you will join the Media Services QA team to support the Music Analytics vertical. You will lead a local team of Quality Engineers dedicated to ensuring the end-to-end quality of analytics offerings, including client metrics instrumentation and the integrity of data ingestion, processing, aggregation pipelines, reports, and dashboards for internal and external customers. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing all quality assurance processes such as test planning, estimation, and execution while designing new internal tools and testing frameworks. You will perform technical analysis on feature integrations across various platforms and backend pipelines. The role requires proficiency in Python, SQL, Swift, XCTest/XCUI, or Java, with preferred experience in Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality analytics data from client to server within a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

Manage a team of automation engineers focused on ensuring high-quality releases of analytics data from client to server.
Oversee all quality assurance processes including test planning, estimation, execution, and automation for timely delivery.
Perform technical analysis and functional qualification of new analytics features across various client platforms and backend pipelines.
Create and execute test plans and strategies for data validation, client instrumentation, and downstream reports.
Design and develop internal tools and testing frameworks while maintaining existing automation coverage.
Provide accurate QA status and progress updates during all phases of the testing lifecycle.
Advocate for quality standards throughout the entire software development process.

What we're looking for

A Computer Science degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Python, SQL, Swift, XCTest/XCUI, or Java.
Experience leading a QA team or demonstrated readiness to lead a team.
Experience managing or coordinating projects and processes cross-functionally.
Expertise in test automation architecture, planning, execution, and triage across multiple platforms.
Strong leadership capabilities including mentoring and developing team members.
Ability to distill complex analyses into concise, business-focused insights through strong presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
