What you'll do

Design and maintain data models and pipelines for identity graph construction and entity matching.
Productionize matching logic with data engineering to ensure scalable, well-tested, and monitored pipelines.
Build metrics and dashboards to quantify match rate, quality, coverage, and graph stability.
Provide clean, well-documented data and features to data science teams for matching algorithm evaluation.
Manage relationships with external identity providers to onboard new sources and validate match performance.
Translate complex identity graph concepts into actionable insights for product, sales, and non-technical stakeholders.
Define identity requirements and prioritize roadmap work by evaluating trade-offs between accuracy, coverage, and privacy.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role working with large-scale data.
Experience working with graph data structures and graph-based data models.
Familiarity with entity matching and identity resolution concepts, including deterministic and probabilistic matching.
Knowledge of or direct experience working with identity providers such as Experian, TransUnion, or LiveRamp.
Strong SQL and Python skills with experience building and maintaining production data pipelines.
Experience designing data models, metrics, and dashboards to make complex technical systems understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with ad-tech identity concepts such as cross-device identity or household graphs (preferred).
Experience with graph databases, ML/data stacks like Metaflow, or applying GenAI to boost productivity (preferred).
