Security Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform real-time analysis and correlation of security logs and alerts to identify harmful activity.
• Investigate, prioritize, and escalate security events following established operational procedures.
• Support the remediation of security incidents using multiple security technologies and data sources.
• Produce detailed incident documentation including investigative findings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of Cyber Monitoring policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and evolving attack techniques.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability to support IT, information security, technical support, or security operations activities.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP, including IaaS security concepts.
• Experience monitoring, investigating, documenting, and reporting security events in on-premises or cloud environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint and network security concepts, security tools, and incident-management platforms like ServiceNow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to apply sound technical, interpersonal, and organizational judgment to resolve complex problems.
