As the AIML - Sr Lead Engineer, Evaluation, you will serve as a technical engineering leader focused on designing and building a next-generation online evaluation platform. You will work within a service-oriented architecture to enable numerous teams to run rigorous experiments at scale. Relevant experience includes on-device or embedded system experimentation, machine learning or AI-driven product teams, and conducting experiments specifically at the operating system layer.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience as a technical engineering leader.
Proven experience leading teams building and scaling experimentation or A/B testing platforms in service-oriented architectures.
Deep understanding of the statistical foundations of experimentation and design trade-offs.
Track record of translating ambiguous, long-horizon problems into concrete engineering plans.
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to align diverse stakeholders on shared infrastructure.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience with on-device or embedded system experimentation and operating system layer experiments.
Preferred background in modern evaluation systems and machine learning or AI-driven product teams.
