What you'll do

  • Develop internal platform tools, backend APIs using Python/FastAPI, and CI/CD automation.
  • Integrate MCP gateways and build AI-enabled automations to reduce friction for internal teams.
  • Write and maintain Terraform scripts to provision resources across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and configuration issues across cloud infrastructure.
  • Advise teams on productionizing models by selecting hosting options, inference patterns, and scaling strategies.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and perform code reviews for internal projects.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into practical technical plans and architectural designs.
  • Create documentation, onboarding guides, and reference examples to improve platform usability.

What we're looking for

  • A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of work experience in programming, machine learning, algorithms, statistical methods, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and other programming languages like C++ or Java.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to write and maintain Terraform for provisioning and configuring platform resources.
  • Knowledge of Big Data tools like Apache Spark and experience with Kubernetes.
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (preferred).
