What you'll do

Design and develop software features that enable end-to-end app experiences within Siri.
Develop ML models and AI-driven algorithms to enhance app capabilities for Siri integration.
Run large-scale experiments on complex datasets to evaluate models and algorithms.
Research and design performant ML modeling approaches for both on-device and cloud environments.
Implement high-performance, debuggable code while maintaining strict on-device latency, memory, and power budgets.
Diagnose failures in end-to-end app experiences and convert them into measurable quality improvements.
Contribute to shared evaluation and telemetry loops to measure and prove improvements in user outcomes.
Inform architectural choices for the software stack to support and integrate ML and AI features.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, EE, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in developing ML / AI driven software.
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Swift, Objective-C, or C++.
Experience developing software prototypes and features driven by Large Language Models and designing tool and function-calling interfaces.
Experience developing and evaluating ML Models and Algorithms using Python, PyTorch, SQL, and Tableau.
Fluency with agentic coding tools like Claude Code for accelerating engineering productivity.
Experience designing and developing systems that are efficient in resource constrained environments (preferred).
Experience building key software components and APIs used cross functionally across different applications and platforms (preferred).
