What you'll do

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models throughout the entire end-to-end lifecycle.
  • Implement supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, NLP, and GenAI techniques to improve personalization algorithms.
  • Process and train on large datasets to power core product features.
  • Design experiments and minimum viable products in collaboration with product managers and designers.
  • Run A/B tests and perform statistical analysis to measure the impact of models.
  • Communicate technical results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Research emerging technologies in generative AI and advanced machine learning to inform company strategy.

What we're looking for

  • MS or PhD in a relevant field like Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or Operations Research, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with modern AI/ML tools and proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • 1+ years of experience in machine learning techniques including neural networks, LLMs, NLP, and recommender systems.
  • Familiarity with generative AI trends and agentic applications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working in a Linux environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
