What you'll do

Conduct research on GenAI and Foundation models to address academic and industrial challenges in the ADAS AI domain.
Apply in-house and third-party GenAI innovations to Bosch AI products and services like ADAS.
Stay updated on technological advancements by attending academic conferences, technical events, and seminars.
Provide expert insights to management to aid in strategic planning, R&D trajectory, and investment decisions.
Document and disseminate research findings through high-caliber publications and patent submissions.

What we're looking for

Hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Hold a master’s degree with 3+ years of industry experience in GenAI and/or world models.
Have 2+ years of research experience on foundation models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
Possess in-depth experience in deep learning, specifically in at least two of diffusion models, 3D reconstruction, or world models.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++ and hands-on experience with AI, NLP, or CV libraries.
Maintain a publication record in top venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA, IROS, RSS, NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, and CoRL.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork capabilities.
Have a strong background in math and statistics (preferred).
