AI Reimagination Engineer

What you'll do

• Map current-state business processes to quantify effort and lead eliminate, simplify, and agentify analyses.
• Architect future-state AI flows including task decomposition, orchestration patterns, and memory strategies.
• Develop agent workflows by composing prompt strategies, connector requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Construct working agentic solutions or direct platform engineers to build them for validation.
• Define testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions for every process step.
• Capture value baselines and turn findings into reference flows, decomposition patterns, and playbooks.
• Mentor engineers and grow a network of agentic champions across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in decomposing complex business processes and crafting or building technical solutions.
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
• Recent hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
• Experience leading workshop-based process redesign and translating findings into requirements (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible-AI, security fundamentals, and validation/testing strategies for autonomous behavior (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, .NET/C#, SQL, and APIs, with experience in enterprise AI and automation platforms (preferred).
