AI Native Software Engineer, Products

What you'll do

• Build and ship full-stack software including application architecture, data models, backend services, and APIs.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems featuring model interactions, tool use, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear technical approaches and executable product plans.
• Use coding agents and AI development tools to manage the full engineering lifecycle and increase leverage.
• Own product outcomes by monitoring reliability, security, performance, and customer feedback in production.
• Provide rigorous technical reviews and help other engineers improve their AI-native development practices.
• Establish the tests, evaluations, and CI pipelines required for agents to produce high-quality work safely.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience building across the full stack, including frontend and backend systems.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering fundamentals including system design, data modeling, APIs, testing, cloud-native development, security, observability, and production operations.
• Minimum 2 years of substantive, hands-on AI-native engineering experience including LLM APIs, coding agents, agent frameworks, tool integrations, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, or production guardrails.
• Minimum 1 year of experience building reliable AI or agentic systems that operate beyond a prototype or demonstration environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Associate’s Degree requires a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
