What you'll do

  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet specific business needs.
  • Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Analyze complex problems to provide evaluations of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Recommend and develop security measures during post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design.
  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs using appropriate frameworks and technologies.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs within the application environment.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants like Devin, Copilot, or Claude.
  • Develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React), HTML, and CSS.
  • Develop server-side logic and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database management systems like Oracle.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift), Agile methodologies, and JIRA.
